Overall was very impressed with the clean space system. We live in a very wet area and needed something better than plastic. It has already made a difference in the smell in the house. We have a two pump system so if power goes out it will still work. Thanks for the great work. Thad
Even though I did not get the color of Turtl I asked for, the install was done well and installers were courteous and professional and left no debris.
They did a real good job& cleaned up the mess when they left.
Garth was fantastic. He explained all of the service he performed, showed us problems, helped with an easy fix on our float, and did not pressure us to buy a whole new system (our is now 7 years old and still works great - but is out of warranty). I really appreciate his competence and professionalism.
Scott Mans' maintenance work was professional and quick, and above all honest in his dealings with us. I recommend he receive a raise!
I was very impressed with the technical manner in which you went about assessing the situation in our house and your suggestions to solve it. I also greatly appreciated the booklet that you sent me that described in engineering terms that were understandable what the causes and solutions were for these problems.
I really liked the web site showing the process and what the results would look like. We immediately realized the results in the warmth and how the entire house is now evenly warm. Contact with your staff, each and every one of them I had contact with were courtious and friendly, and respectful. Your installers went above and beyond with the instalation & much impressed with their integrity & work ethics.
The crew did a very good job even with the bad weather.

The installation crew were wonderful. The were very professional and did an excellent job.
Garth Weihl was very professional. I ask for him again this year because he does such a good job of checking my sump pump operation. He always explains things to me and is very polite. The working world needs more Garths!!!!

Wehad rain while the outside work was being done and the workmen were very careful about keeping mud from being a problem. It was appreciated.
So far, I'm very pleased with the service we received! Will let you know "if" we ever get any rain, how well the system works. :)
