Drywall will get moldy whenever it gets wet.  Using that primer to cover it and repainting only lasts for awhile.  When the mold on the drywall get to bad it needs to be replaced and doing a 3rd time was not something I was looking forward to doing.  I really like your basement remodeling panels and I know it is the last time for that type of work.  Tom did a great job!
