Dan A. of St. Louis, Missouri had a leaky basement, so he decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, David G. recommended installing a TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace, WaterGuard, and IceGuard. 

Foreman, Christopher B. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump uses a primary pump, secondary pump, and a battery=powered backup pump to protect your home. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier made of inorganic materials and is used to collect water that seeps through basement walls. The WaterGuard is installed in the perimeter of the basement floor and it takes the collected water and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home. IceGuard is placed on the outside of the home and it allows for water to expel from the guards in the event that the pipes should clog or freeze.

Terry of O'Fallon, Illinois had sinking concrete around his pool, so he called Woods Basement Systems fro help. Systems design specialist, Barry C. recommended installing PolyLevel for the job.

Foreman, Christopher B. installed the product.PolyLevel is used to permanently lift and stabilize sinking concrete slabs. It is made of a polyurethane formula, or foam that expands underground to fill space where soil has settled. How it works is first, small holes are drilled into the concrete. Then the polymer is injected into the void. Within 15 minutes of installation the concrete can be used again, so there is not long cure time. 

Now Terry C. can safely swim and walk around his pool. 

Christopher in St. Louis, MO was looking to keep his basement as cleam and dry as possible, so he called Woods Basement Systems for help. He met with Design Specialist Clint W., who gave Christopher a free estimate and recommended the optimal solution for his waterproofing needs.

Foreman Clint W. and his team installed a SaniDry dehumidification unit to keep the basement dry all year long. SaniDry removes up to 100 pints of water per day from the air, and its micro-mesh filters trap even the tiniest irritants like dust and mold. With SaniDry, Christopher can enjoy a clean, dry basement any time.

Homeowner Christopher S. of Webster Groves, MO discovered his basement walls were bowing inward so he gave Woods Basement System a call. 

System design specialist, Chris S. did a home inspection and created a design that completely fix the problem. Foreman, Jeremy R. did a PowerBrace Wall Repair system installation. The cause of bowing walls is likely due to the pressure that the soil around the home is causing on the walls. The PowerBrace system uses steel I-beams to permanently stabilize the walls and potentially straighten the walls over time.

Foreman Jeremy R installed a PowerBrace in Christopher’s basement. The PowerBrace attaches to the walls and will keep them from bending any more than they already have. They will also be able to move the walls back into place overtime.

Rob of Weldon Spring, MO wanted to ensure if there was ever a fire in his home, there was a way to get out quickly. With a call to Woods Basements Systems, System Design Specialist, Christopher H., was able to come up with a plan.

Foreman, Miguel O., installed an Egress Window; this type of window acts as a door in the event that the home is on fire and allows anyone in the room an alternate way of escape.

Carol W. of Christopher, IL had water leaking into her basement, threatening the belongings she stored in the space and damaging her water heater. Woods Basement Systems had the perfect products to keep the water out of the basement.

Woods installed WaterGuard to help drain unwanted water out of the basement. WaterGuard is installed in the cement of the flooring against the walls. This allows water to enter the piping and be drained to prevent damages to the home and personal belongings.

Woods installed a FloodRing around the hot water heater to contain the leaking water. This ring will prevent the water from spreading throughout the basement. The water will be drained through a line that can either lead to the WaterGuard installed or directly to a sump pump.

Woods installed a discharge line that was attached to a Twin Pack sump pump. This sump pump would pump the water in the basement through the discharge line. The discharge line leads the water into the yard where it is drained. The line can become frozen or clogged in some situations. In order to prevent the water from backing up into the basement, Woods installed IceGuard. IceGuard provides an escape route for the water so that it does not back up into the basement. 

Jennifer and Christopher W. of University City, Missouri were troubled by their cracking basement walls. The cracking walls allowed water to leak into the basement and cause mold.

System design specialist Cory S. designed a solution to keep their basement dry and mold free. CleanSpace was installed by Michael P. and his crew. WaterGuard collects water and guides it away from the home.
