Foreman, Greg H. installed the products. The Twin Pack sump pump includes two stainless steel pumps for extra backup protection against water leaking into your basement. WaterGuard is set in the perimeter of the basement floor and collects water that seeps through the basement walls. It then takes that water and guides it to the sump pump to fully be removed from the home. IceGuard is placed on the outside of the home and allows for water to expel from the guards in case pipes clog or freeze.

Woods installed the Geo-Lock Wall Anchors along the cracked walls. Unstable soil conditions on the exterior of foundation walls can cause damage like cracking, bowing and tilting. Geo-Lock Wall Anchors counteract that pressure. Earth anchors are embedded in stable soil conditions in the yard. Galvanized steel anchor rods are driven through the foundation walls and connected to the earth anchors. Wall plates are attached to the anchor rods on the inside of the walls and the system is tightened. They permanently stabilize walls in place and prevent future damage to walls. They can even straighten walls over time by time by tightening them during dry months.
