This product works with the help of WaterGuard that collects the water through the french drains that are installed around the perimeter of the basement. To seal the basement from water leakage, CleanSpace would be applied to the walls to create a barrier from the inside and outside of the basement.

Also, it collects water that seeps through the walls and guides it to the WaterGuard. The WaterGuard system is installed in the perimeter of the basement floor under the CleanSpace. It takes the water collected and transfers it to the sump pump to be pumped out of the home. The TripleSafe sump pump guarantees protection with its three-in-one design which includes a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump.

Ilze of Pinckneyville, Illinois had a leak in a foundation wall that was previously repaired, but continued to leak. So, she called Woods Basement Systems for a solution and systems design specialist, Lee S. recommended installing a CleanSpace vapor barrier. 

Foreman, Jose L. installed the barrier. CleanSpace is vapor barrier made of inorganic materials, so it does not support mold growth. It is used to collect water that seeps through basement walls and sends it to the sump pump in order for it to be removed from the home.

When Ilze R discovered that her basement walls were bending she knew that she needed to have the problem fixed, so she called Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Lee S was able to come up with a solution to the problem.

Foreman Jose L Installed a PowerBrace in Ilze’s basement. A PowerBrace is made of metal I beams that attach to the walls of the basement, and keep them from moving any more than they already have. The system can also tightened and straighten the walls overtime.

The TripleSafe sump pump has a primary, secondary, and battery powered pump. This ensures that water will be removed from the home even when the power goes out. The Waterguard drainage system is placed above the footing of the basement and is then covered with concrete. It collects and drains any water that seeps up from the ground before it reaches the basement surface.
