Woods recommended the PowerBrace System to help permanently stabilize the foundation walls. Zinc-plated steel beams were custom fitted to the walls and tightly secured with brackets anchored to the floor and framing above. Rick can now rest easy knowing his foundation is stabilized.

A concrete sidewalk was settling in front of a home in Saint Louis, MO, causing the slabs to sink and become uneven. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. Additionally, NexusPro Joint Sealant was installed. This will seal the joints and cracks in the concrete. It will provide long-lasting flexibility and stand up to harsh weather conditions. These systems will improve the safety of the sidewalk and restore peace of mind for years to come!

A crawlspace was not insulated properly in Saint Louis, MO, and moisture was entering it. To solve these issues, SilverGlo Insulation was first installed. This features a radiant barrier with graphite infused in it that reflects heat into the crawlspace to save energy. Additionally, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This prevents crawl space moisture by encapsulating it with a vapor barrier, closing the crawl space vents, and conditioning the space to make a healthier crawl space and home!
