Foreman Greg and his crew installed CleanSpace on the walls to bring water down the walls, WaterGuard to collect the water and take it to the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe has three pumps that work in varying orders to keep the basement dry.

Darlene C. of Caseyville, Illinois was shocked when she discovered water was collecting in her home's crawl space. She knew that standing water could cause rotting and mold growth, so she called Woods Basement Systems for help.

Design specialist Adam R. assessed the situation and decided that the best solution was to install a CleanSpace encapsulation system. Foreman James L. then headed to the home to get the job started. The CleanSpace encapsulation system is a durable liner that was placed on the floor and up the walls of the crawl space. It acts as a vapor barrier and drains any leaks that may occur behind it.

Homeowner James T. of Caseyville, IL immediately became concerned about the safety of his home when he realized his basement walls were bowing inward, so he gave Woods Basement System a call. 

System design specialist, Jeremy R. did a home inspection and created a design that would ensure the homeowner a safe home. Foreman, Jeremy R. did a Geo-Lock Wall Anchor system installation on the home. This system is the best solution for basement walls bowing inward. The installation does require work on both the interior and exterior of the home yet no heavy-duty equipment is used. 

The Geo-Lock Wall Anchor permanently stabilizes the home and improves the walls over time. James T. is no longer worried about the safety of his home. 

Bob C. of Caseyville, Illinois noticed that a concrete slab on his property was sinking. He wanted to make sure it was level so he would not have to worry about any possible safety hazards. Bob called Woods Basement Systems to come out and solve this problem.

After design specialist Phillip H. came up with the solution, Foreman Juan H. headed over. Juan H. inserted PolyLevel foam under the concrete slab through a hole about the size of a penny. The foam expands and pushes the concrete back to its original level. 

Bob C. now has a level concrete slab. He no longer has any safety concerns when it comes to the concrete slab.

Josephine and Terry B. of Caseyville, IL had water leaking into their finished basement. It was destroying the finished walls and floors and causing messes that were a pain to clean up. They had a sump pump in place but no drainage system so they called Woods Basement Systems. Design Specialist Nolan M. inspected their basement and recommended installing a full perimeter drainage system to tie in with their sump pump and half wall restoration.

Woods installed WaterGuard under the concrete floors along the perimeter of the basement. WaterGuard is a drainage system that is situated on the concrete footing of the basement so it won’t become clogged with mud as it collects water from the foundation walls and floors of the basement and drains it to the sump pump for removal.

Woods cut away the rotted drywall from the lower half of the walls which are the most susceptible to water damage. They used EverLast Wall Panels to restore the lower half of the wall. EverLast Wall Panels are made of materials that can’t be damaged by water or mold and are resistant to mold growth. They don’t need maintenance or paint and can make finished basement walls look beautiful again.

Josephine and Terry B. are relieved they won’t be cleaning up messes with every rainfall anymore and they can enjoy their finished basement again.

Michelle M. of Caseyville, IL had water leaking into her basement, making it damp and  uncomfortable. Woods Basement Systems was able install products to keep the space dry and reduce humidity.

Woods installed WaterGuard to help drain water out of the basement. WaterGuard is installed against the wall in the concrete of the floor. The water will flow into the WaterGuard, allowing the piping to lead the water out of the basement.

CleanSpace was installed on the basement walls to provide protection to the home. CleanSpace sealed off the basement to keep water out but also guided the water that got in to the WaterGuard.  

A SaniDry was installed to filter moisture out of the air in the crawlspace. A SaniDry is a dehumidifier for the space and will help control the humidity. Controlling the humidity of the crawlspace will reduce energy bills and make the basement more comfortable.

Dennis B. of Caseyville, Illinois was concerned when his sidewalk and front porch became unleveled due to settling soil. When concrete settles with the soils and becomes uneven, it could be a safety concern.

Thankfull, Michael T., system design specialist, designed a solution for a safe walkway. PolyLevel injections were added to Dennis' walkway and front porch. The PolyLevel is a noninvasive, permanent solution to uneven concrete. Now his walkway and porch is restored to its original position, and there are no safety concerns.

This week Todd H. had his basement waterproofed as water was entering from under the footing as well as cracks through the poured wall. He had called in the past and Woods Basement Systems had sent out a specialist to check out what the problem was as well as give his opinion to what would get the job done correctly. They noticed on inspection that walls had water stains on them and the floor was still very wet. The systems that are going to be installed are the BrightWall System which will make those stains not so hideous as well as keep the water on the wall rather than on the floor. With these systems, the basement is going to be dryer as well as move any water that enters it away from the home.
