Basement Egress Windows in Collinsville, IL

NOTE: This egress window installation was completed in the middle of winter, which explains the not-as-vibrant lawn in the after photo.

These Collinsville, Illinois homeowners were planning on finishing their basement and wanted to install a basement egress window to allow more natural light into the new space and meet munipals codes for basement exits.

Woods Basement Systems installed the RockWell Egress Window to add a beautiful, textured window well to compliment the finished space.  To comply with city inspector requirements, the crew also installed a metal grate to cover the egress window well on the exterior.
