The office was excellent and Ben did a very good job listening to me and answering all my questions so I have great confidence with your company. Now I know why my wall cracked and started leaking. I started moving inward so it was more than just a wet basement problem.

"My sister referred me to your company and I'm glad she did."
Gary K. of Carlyle, IL
After years of trying to stop my basement leaks I called your company. My sister referred me to your company and I'm glad she did. Your guys did a great job explaining what was all going to be done and worked with me since I could do the drywall cutting myself. They didn't have to but I appreciated them putting back the basement steps. I can finally finish the basement once and for all and not worry about the drywall getting wet again.
"Everyone was very polite, nice and thorough."

I have seen your adds on TV and decided to call about fixing some leaks I had in the basement. Compared to the other companies, everyone was very polite, nice and thorough so I am very glad I selected your company to do the work. I also like your warranty better too.

I give your company a EXCELLENT review. Office staff appreciated the explanation of the problem and the recommended solution. Nolan Martz was very good at answering all of our questions, too.

"Your guy knew what to look for in my foundation and explained perfectly what was going on with my basement..."
David L. of Wentzville, MO
We started having cracks in our basement after the first year we were there. Our builder took care of a couple of them but more and more showed up and they referred us to your company and one other. Unlike the other company, your guy knew what to look for in my foundation and explained perfectly what was going on with my basement walls. And the amount of work you did was less than what they were suggesting which was basically to repair the whole thing. Aaron told us that sometimes it is necessary to do the whole thing but I liked the approach of fixing what broken now. Especially since a third of the basement seamed unaffected by the foundation moving.

This homeowner was referred by his sister and was trying to stop the leaking basement for years but finally called us. He was handy so he cut out his own drywall prior to us installing our WaterGuard and would be responsible for putting it back up. Once the WaterGuard was installed and a fresh new layer of cement was laid down, he was glad not worry about replacing the drywall ever again when it got wet.
