Candice has been a Customer Service Representative here at Woods Basement Systems, Inc. since March of 2014. She has strong interpersonal and communications skills and is highly organized. Candice is adabtable to any situation that comes her way and she believes it is very important to be able to take initiative in such situations. She has previous hospitality training and 14 years of clerical and customer service experience.
With so much experience, Candice is well equipped to handle her daily responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative. Her position includes scanning and uploading production and service paperwork, making follow up calls with customers on work and services performed, handling complaints, scheduling production jobs, and putting in utility requests as needed for jobs. She also sets out to make any unsatisfied customer happy as well as taking payments.
Candice is in charge of many tasks, but she loves everything about her job. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the movies, reading and going to church.
Fenton, Missouri homeowner Betty M. noticed water leaking from the crack she had previously fixed in the basement of her home. After a heavy rain, Betty decided to finally waterproof her basement completely to stop future disasters like this one. She called Woods Basement Systems to help solve her waterproofing needs.
Foreman Brett Jones and his team installed two systems, the WaterGaurd and CleanSpace wall in Betty's basement. These two products working together will waterproof her basement so she is free of worry. WaterGuard's vertical wall flange allow wall leakage to flow down into the drain line, preventing this leakage from reaching the floor. While CleanSpace Wall drains water behind the barrier down into the WaterGaurd. Betty's home is now dry and free of any future leaks.
