Our Overall Service
TBS has not followed up on promises made. Paid 30% on 1/4 and didn't get install date until 2/25. Still no firm estimate. Paid over 23k and do not know what the final charge will be.

Everyone I speak to is professional and polite; however, the service and speed has been lacking.
Sales Process
Brian was great but none of what he said has come to fruition. I think Verne had some serious setbacks so I expect time for TBS to adjust to his absence; however, I've never felt my project is a priority to TBS.
Our Installation Crew
Melvin was great - I wish I knew the moiney we spent to waterproof our basement in line with the rest of our budget.
