Before joining the team in June 2023 as a Customer Care Representative, she worked as a custodian for an apartment complex, as well as an assistant manager at a local convenience store. She is most excited to join the team to be in a family-oriented environment. In her free time, Monica enjoys reading, crocheting, spending time with her grandchildren and family, as well as camping. She is a proud mother who is overjoyed at the fact that her children have grown to become amazing adults.
