The price of your project depends on two things: how big the space is and what features and options you decide to have in it.  Having at least some storage space is crucial in every home, which is why you may not want to finish your entire basement.  You can keep some unfinished space for storage, while also giving that storage space a clean and finished look for a less expensive price with ZenWall.  Having an unfinished area in your basement is also a plus because you probably won’t need any additional closets in your finished basement, and it will keep your upstairs closets free of all the clutter you would normally store downstairs.

For about ¼ the price of the completely finished EverLast Wall Panels, you can get walls for those unfinished areas that still look great.  ZenWall Panels are ¼” thick panels with foil on the back surface and a washable vinyl surface on the front.  The panels are 30” wide and have a plastic trim between each of them.  ZenWall Panels are fastened with hidden fasteners drilled into the wall, so they can never come off.

ZenWall Panels are a vapor barrier and provide some insulation, as well as making your walls look much better than that plain, ugly concrete.  They are not fully finished walls, so you can’t install electrical outlets in them.  Also, since they are mounted directly on the foundation, they will conform to the shape of the walls and may not be perfectly straight.  But at a fraction of the cost, they are the perfect solution to dressing up your storage space or unfinished basement area on a budget.
