To resolve the basement water issues in this home, our team installed a complete sub-floor drainage waterproofing system, and wall encapsulation. Our waterproofing system collects water along the perimeter of the basement and directs it to a sump pump, which safely discharges the water away from the foundation through dedicated drainage lines. By capturing moisture before it reaches the basement floor, the system helps prevent water damage and keeps the space dry. For dependable, year-round performance, the exterior discharge line was outfitted with a cold-weather protection system, allowing it to function effectively even in freezing temperatures.

Sump Pump

The sump pump collects water from the sub-floor drainage system and pumps it up and out of the basement through the white discharge lines.
