Water seepage risked damaging the belongings of this homeowner. Water can cause mold, wood rot, and odors. Thankfully, we installed a solution to keep her basement dry.

WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system, was installed. WaterGuard is installed above the footing. It collects and guides water away from the basement.

The TwinPack sump pump system collects water from the WaterGuard and pumps it away from the home. TwinPack is sealed to prevent moisture from escaping back into the basement.

A LawnScape outlet was installed, and the yard was restored back to normal. The discharge line was extended and buried into the yard to prevent water building up near the home. LawnScape blends in with the natural landscape and prevents critters from entering the discharge line.
