Graham F. was concerned about water leaking down the walls in a corner of the basement. It was starting to cause damage, so he wanted the water controlled before more damage was caused. WaterGuard was first installed to catch the water running down the walls and drain it towards the Ultra Sump pump System, which was also installed to pump away the unwanted water. Additionally, PowerBrace was installed along the walls to keep the foundation stable. Graham no longer has to worry about additional water damage!
Signs of Damage
The corner of this basement is showing obvious signs of water damage, such as mold and water stains.
WaterGuard at Work
As the water drains down the wall, it is being caught by WaterGuard, just like it is supposed to.

This sump system will pump out water that drains in from WaterGuard.

These wall supports have been installed to keep the foundation stable and prevent it from settling.
