Our team at Woods Basement Systems installed the TripleSafe, WaterGuard, CleanSpace, IceGuard, and LawnScape Outlet. The TripleSafe is a sump pump system that is made up of three parts in case of pump failure, water overflow, or a power outage. WaterGuard is a drainage system that is installed in the perimeter of the home and collects and channels the water to the sump pump. Cleanspace was added to provide a vapor barrier to the wall and stop moisture from entering the basement. The IceGuard Discharge Line connects to the sump pump and then leads the water out of the home and protects against possible problems. The LawnScape Outlet is camouflaged and connects to the downspout and channels water away from the foundation. The homeowners finally had fixed their leaking basement and had a dry home for years to come!
