Photo Album: Waterproofing A Basement In Creve Coeur, MO
A basement in Creve Coeur, Missouri, had some water issues that needed to be fixed. Woods came out and installed a few products to contain this water seepage. The first install was the CleanSpace System. This system consists of a highly durable sheet of material that is placed on the walls and of the basement. This material blocks out humidity while allows water seepage to drain down below for removal. The WaterGuard System was next. This system consists of pipes that will take the water collected by the CleanSpace to the nearby sump pump. They are installed directly in the floor as to avoid clogging from dirt or other debris. These pipes will direct the water to the nearby sump pump. The next install, then, was a new sump pump. The TripleSafe Sump Pump is a top of the line system with multiple pumps to ensure that no amount of water is too much to remove. The last installation were new sump pump discharge lines to take the water far from the home's perimeter so it can't re-enter the basement. The IceGuard has special holes to prevent issues from frozen pipes or other types of clogging. With these installs in place, this home is sure to stay much dryer then before.
