A home in Saint Peters, Missouri, had multiple jobs that needed to be completed. Water seepage was coming through the walls and needed a solution. Stability issues were apparent as well. Large cracks adorned both the inside and exterior walls of the home. Woods came out and first addressed the water issues. The CleanSpace System consists of a highly durable but thin sheet of material. It is placed directly on the walls of the affected area. It will trap water and direct it down below for removal. The next install was the WaterGuard System. These specialized pipes will take the collected water to a sump pump for speedy removal. A new sump pump was then installed to replace the old, inoperable one. The TripleSafe Sump Pump is a top of the line system. It has not one, but two sump pumps to aid in water removal. This one also comes with the Ultra Sump, a battery operated sump pump. Next, Woods addressed the stability issues. The GeoLock Wall Anchor System consists of steel plates that are bolted to the wall. Long lines of steel cord are connected to anchors which are then buried out in the yard. This effectively pulls the wall back into place and re-stabilizes the foundation walls. The last installation were new Egress Windows and window wells. These Egress Windows let in lots of natural light, as well as being a quick fire escape if the need were to arise. With these systems in place, the homeowners can now use their space to its fullest capabilities!
