This project included the installation of a WaterGuard™ sub-floor drainage system with an access port and lateral line to help redirect groundwater away from the foundation. A TripleSafe™ sump pump system was added, featuring a primary pump, backup pump, and a single UltraSump™ battery backup system with an alarm and sealed maintenance-free battery. In addition to the waterproofing, GutterShutter™ gutters were installed to resolve ongoing clogging issues and prevent future damage to the existing roof.
