Wall Bowing Before System Installation
The diagonal crack is hard to see from the lower left bottom of the wall, but on the after picture you can see that it has been sealed. Typically poured basement foundation walls will have two cracks and tip in at the top towards the middle of the wall.
Top of the Bowing Wall
Again, the crack is hard to see in the top left corner of the picture, but this is typical of inward wall movement that needs repaired.
Sealed Crack with Wall Supports
The crack is sealed from top to bottom and vertical steel supports keep the foundation wall from shifting inward.
Around Obstacles
The basement foundation wall is stabilized with a steel support beam system, custom fit for the height and secure fit against the basement wall. We can place these around obstacles like walls or I-beams, and electrical panels.
Full Wall Repair
The entire length of the basement wall is now secured from corner to corner. (second diagonal sealed crack is under the electrical panel)
