COLLINSVILLE, IL. — August 1, 2026 — Woods Basement Systems, Inc., the premier foundation repair and basement waterproofing contractor, proudly announces its 40th anniversary of local, family-owned operations this month. Known as the All Things Basementy!™ experts, the company has helped over 140,000 homeowners protect their homes across Illinois and Missouri since opening its doors in August 1986. The company’s multi-generational legacy continues to grow, with the third generation of the family now actively working within the business.

For over four decades, Woods Basement Systems has stayed true to its core identity while pursuing a vision: to see a world where every home is healthy, dry, and stable. The company accomplishes this daily by following their mission to ensure each customer has a remarkable experience with Team Woods. This unwavering commitment to integrity has earned the company six prestigious Better Business Bureau (BBB) Torch Awards for Marketplace Ethics across Greater St. Louis and Central Illinois—an achievement that the founders Rick & Anna Lee Woods holds as their proudest team accomplishment.
