The guys of the installation crew were courteous; didn't dawdle around. It was
nice to hear them working in the basement and joking/talking with each other while they were working. I had a few chuckles when I heard them singing along with the radio and joking with each other.
What made you choose our company:
Woods Basement rep who came to my house was knowledgeable. And when I decided to have the whole basement waterproofed instead of the smaller area I originally asked for, he was very nice about coming back to talk with me and help me make up my mind to go whole basement.
