Cracked and settled walls had developed due to water damage that the home endured. Homeowner, Dale, reached out to Woods Basement Systems to find a quick, permanent solution to restore the failing basement walls. Dale worked with system design specialist, Dave G., who constructed a plan with reliable products to secure the home.
To restore the home's foundation, Team Woods' head foreman, Kevin J., and his team installed push piers to lift the foundation back into its original place. Push piers are "pushed" into the home's footing to lock and lift the foundation up and into a safe and balanced position. Push piers will give Dale the stress relief that he deserves in knowing his foundation is restored and healthy.
Homeowner Peggy from Centralia, Missouri had noticed several cracks in her walls and on the porch. Because these cracks had only worsened with time, she called Woods Basement Systems. Dave P., a system design specialist, recommended installing push piers into the footing to resecure the troubled foundation.
Team Woods installed the piering system into the footing right away. These heavy-duty piers are pushed into the footing to take the weight of the house onto the piers to prevent cracking. Several push piers were installed all around the exterior to resecure the foundation. Thanks to this permanent solution, the home will not develop anymore cracks.
Alan from Centralia, Missouri wanted to prevent cracks from forming in his house, so he reached out to Woods Basement Systems to see what could be done. Team Woods came out to the home to look over the damage and see what products could stop the damage.
Team Woods looked over the home and recommended installing a push piering system to lift the foundation that will prevent the foundation from settling. The settling foundation caused cracks to form on the inside, so preventing the underlying issue would stop the cracking. To address the issue dead-on, Team Woods installed the push piers into the foundation to lift and lock the foundation into place. With the powerful new push piers, Alan now has the peace of mind that he deserves.
Mihai, a homeowner from Ashland, Missouri, noticed that during heavy rains her basement would flood. She had a sump pump, but her basement needed more help direct water towards the sump pump. Mihai decided to make the call to Woods Basement Systems to see what product would help keep her basement safe and dry. A system design specialist came over to Mihai's home and after investigating the space recommended installing a WaterGuard drainage system to work with the sump pump.
WaterGuard drains are a system of French-designed drains that are installed in the footing of the basement. These drains work to collect and direct water leaks towards the sump pump so that the pump can then discard of all leaks. Team Woods quickly installed this new system into the footing of the basement floor and covered the system with cement to seal the drains. Now that WaterGuard has been installed, this basement is now safe and dry!

A homeowner in Columbia, Illinois was alarmed to see water standing in his basement causing massive amounts of damage. From there he decided to call Woods Basement Systems for the best solution. This owner met Team Woods' system design specialist Ken I., who recommended the installation of a TripleSafe sump pump, WaterGuard, and a LandScape outlet.
Team Woods installed a TripleSafe sump unit right away. The TripleSafe unit is composed of three separate pumps for triple protection and features a battery backup unit to power the sumps in any condition. WaterGuard works to collect water that seeps through basement walls. It guides that water to the sump pump so it can be pumped out of the home. It is installed in the perimeter of a basement floor.
