Basement Waterproofing and Wall Anchoring in Bowling Green, MO Basement Waterproofing and Wall Anchoring in Bowling Green, MO

This Bowling Green, Missouri home was showing two common symptoms of a basement problem: water on the basement floor and damage to an interior finished wall that was causing a door to stick. The water was coming in through the foundation wall cracks and along the basement floor wall seam.  A bowing wall had pushed the interior wall enough to cause the door jam to shift and the door would not shut properly.  We installed our WaterGuard® basement waterproofing system along with Geo-Lock™ wall anchors to fix the damaged foundation wall and prevent future water intrusion.

Lori K. of Bowling Green, Missouri had a leak in her basement, so she decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. System design specialist, Pete L. recommended installing a Twin Pack sump pump, CleanSpace and WaterGuard.

Foreman, Greg H. installed the products. The Twin Pack sump pump includes two stainless steel pumps that work to protect your home from leaks and floods. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that is attached to the wall and it collects water that seeps through the basement walls. WaterGuard is installed below CleanSpace in the perimeter of the floor and it takes the collected water and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home.

Now Lori K. has a dry basement.

Fast and Effective Concrete Lifting and Leveling

The major flaw of concrete is that the ground that it was poured on top of will inevitably shift and sink over time. In the states of Illinois and Missouri sinking concrete is all too common which is why our company has gone to great lengths to develop fast and effective concrete lifting and leveling solutions. PolyLevel is a revolutionary product that is minimally invasive and not only lifts and levels concrete but also stabilizes it. The concrete lifting and leveling process begins with a few small holes drilled in the slab, then the PolyLevel polymer is poured into the holes. After only about 15 minutes the polymer is dry and the concrete is ready to be walked and even driven on. This concrete lifting and leveling technique is faster, less disruptive and arguably more effective than mud jacking which is the procedure PolyLevel replaces. To removed tripping hazards, stabilize concrete, and lift it back to a level height nothing is faster or more effective than PolyLevel. To schedule a FREE concrete lifting and leveling estimate contact us today!

We can Fix:
  • Sunken sidewalks
  • Sagging steps
  • Uneven patios
  • Sinking driveways

Foreman, Greg H. installed the products. The Twin Pack sump pump includes two stainless steel pumps that work to protect your home from leaks and floods. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that is attached to the wall and it collects water that seeps through the basement walls. WaterGuard is installed below CleanSpace in the perimeter of the floor and it takes the collected water and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home. Bowling Green, MO Basement Gets Waterproofed

Mike of Bowling Green, Missouri had struggled to keep water out of his basement so he decided to call Woods basement Systems. Systems design specialist, Pete L. recommended installing our TwinPack sump pump and WaterGuard.

Foreman, Juan H. and his crew installed the products. The TwinPack sump pump is guaranteed to keep any home waterproofed. This pump comes with a primary and secondary pump for your home's protection. CleanSpace Installed in Bowling Green, MO

Carolyn A. of Bowling Green, MO had water leaking into her crawlspace. The space could not drain the water because it did not have a proper drainage system. Woods Basement Systems had the perfect products to evacuate the water and keep it out.

Woods installed CleanSpace to seal off the crawlspace from outside moisture. This would reduce the risk of mold and rotting wood by eliminating the amount of moisture in the crawlspace. A drainage matt was installed under the CleanSpace to drain away any unwanted water that may be standing in the crawlspace. Vent covers were also installed for additional sealing. Vent covers are fit to the vents of the home to create an air tight seal that prevents moisture from seep through.

A sump pump was installed to provide escape for any unwanted water in the space. Water that may still get into the space will be pumped out through a discharge line that leads to the yard. If this line becomes frozen or backed up, IceGuard will prevent the water from receding back into the crawlspace.

A portion of my basement floor has cracked and sunk...it was like this when I bought the house 3 years ago, so i dont know how old the crack is or when it sank..it is about 1 1/2" below the rest of the floor and runs about 30' along south wall of basement and then from there about 10' to the crack. where the sunken part of the floor meets the basement wall, it seems wet alot, like its soaking up excess ground water.
Vicinity of West Chruch Street in Bowling Green
Our church basement has began allowing water to come in around the wall at the floor level in the past couple of years. The building is very old but this has not been a problem until recent years. There is a sump pump inside the building and another at one corner of the building on the outside with a rock drain coming to it. Anymore, even a small rain causes water to find its way into the basement.
