Our team repaired this home’s patio after it developed sagging and uneven concrete slabs. We used an advanced polyurethane foam lifting system, which involves injecting high-density foam beneath the affected slabs. As the foam expands, it stabilizes the soil, fills underlying voids, and gently lifts the concrete back to a level, even surface. Once proper alignment was achieved, we applied a durable joint sealant to help prevent water intrusion, soil erosion, and long-lasting results, as well as caulk to fill the concrete gaps and give a finished look.
