In this project, our team installed injection ports and injected high-density polymer foam beneath each slab. The foam expanded quickly, filling voids and consolidating loose soil, which allowed us to evenly lift the slab back to its original level with minimal disturbance. After confirming the correct elevation, we removed the injection ports and patched the holes with a cementitious material, restoring the slab's surface. Once the slab stabilization was complete, we cleaned and prepped all exterior joints and cracks. We then applied joint sealant in a continuous bead along each joint, creating a flexible, weather-resistant, and waterproof barrier. This sealant is designed to accommodate future slab movement and prevent water infiltration or erosion.
