A home in Cuba, Illinois had a dirty, wet crawlspace. The homeowners, Roy and Leanne D. wanted a way to seal their crawlspace, to be able to use the space for storage. Foreman James installed CleanSpace water proofing, a durable plastic liner that will line the crawl space and prevent water from coming in. A SmartPipe to drain away any water that comes into the crawl space. A SaniDry System to pull excess moisture out of the air. An Exterior discharge line to drain water out of the house. He also installed an IceGuard to allow water to drain without freezing in the winter. Now the crawl space will be clean and dry.

Now homeowner Larry can breathe comfortably in his mold-free home!
