The CleanSpace encapsulation system is a durable liner that was placed on the floors and up the walls of the crawl space. It acts as a vapor barrier and drains any leaks behind it. The SmartPipe drainage system accepts water from both the soil and the surface of the crawl space. It then drains the water to the sump pump. The SmartSump is a sump pump specifically made for crawl spaces. It removes water from the crawl space through a discharge line.

Marilyn D. no longer has to worry about her home's crawl space flooding. She now has a dry and waterproof crawl space.

In order to waterproof the basement, Todd and his team installed CleanSpace on the walls. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier that guides water to the newly installed WaterGuard. WaterGuard is a perimeter drainage system that guides water to the TripleSafe sump pump system. To further prevent mold growth, the SaniDry dehumidifer was installed. 

Marilyn is pleased to know her home is safe and her basement is dry. With the waterproofing system, she will not have to worry about water or mold in her basement.

WaterGuard is a perimeter drainage system that collects and guides water to the TripleSafe sump pump system. TripleSafe is equipped with three pumps to ensure the basement stays dry. 

In addition to the waterproofing system, SaniDry was installed. SaniDry is an energy efficient dehumidifier. Keeping the humidity low prevents mold. Tyler is thrilled to have a dry basement. He is even happier to know the basement will stay dry, and the mold will stay away.

Nathan L. in Dorsey, IL was experiencing sagging floors due to moisture getting into the crawlspace causing dry rot. Seasonally, the dry rot process compromises the wood and causes the floors to sag. Nathan called Woods Basement Systems and asked them to help solve these issues.

Woods came in and installed a drainage matting under CleanSpace. This drainage mat would help drain away any water that may get into the crawlspace. The CleanSpace was used to seal off the space to prevent moisture from getting into the space, helping to keep it dry. Vent covers were also installed for additional sealing. These covers are custom fit to create an air tight seal and do not allow water or moisture into the crawlspace.

A SaniDry was installed to filter moisture out of the air in the crawlspace. A SaniDry is a dehumidifier for the space and will help control the humidity. Controlling the humidity of the crawlspace will reduce energy bills and make the home more comfortable because the air that is moving into the house is more controlled.

A sump pump was installed to provide escape for any unwanted water in the space. Water that may still get into the space will be pumped out through a discharge line that leads the yard. If this line becomes frozen or backed up, IceGuard will prevent the water from receding back into the crawlspace.

Woods also installed SmartJacks to lift the sagging floors. SmartJacks provide permanent support for the home. The homeowner will no longer have to worry about the safety of her home or the uncomfortable sagging floors because the SmartJacks are guaranteed to fix these issues.

These products will work together to keep moisture out of the crawlspace and prevent the dry rot process. Nathan can now feel confident that his home is safe from damaging moisture.
