Galvanized steel anchor rods were driven through the walls and connected to earth anchors that had been embedded in stable soil in the yard. Steel wall plates were connected to the anchor rods on the inside of the wall. Geo-Lock Wall Anchors permanently stabilize walls in place and can also straighten walls over time by tightening the anchor rods during dry periods.

Foreman Andrew T. and his crew injected PolyLEVEL under the driveway. PolyLEVEL is an inorganic, eco-friendly solution to settling concrete. It is injected through holes smaller than a penny and can set in just a couple hours. Since it is inorganic, it will not mix with soil and wash out.

Geo-Lock wall anchors permanently stabilize the home by straightening in the wall back into a stable position. These anchors are installed outside and connect inside to the troubled wall.
