Woods installed WaterGuard to help drain water out of the basement. WaterGuard is installed against the wall in the concrete of the floor. The water will flow into the WaterGuard, allowing the piping to lead the water out of the basement.
CleanSpace was installed to the basement walls to help provide control to the water. The CleanSpace will provide a guide for the water to flow into the WaterGuard or sump pump.
A sump pump was installed to provide escape for any unwanted water in the space. Water that may still get into the space will be pumped out through a discharge line that leads to the yard. GeoLock wall anchors were installed to provide support for the home. These anchors are attached to the wall and is anchored to the yard outside. Bill B. of O'Fallon, IL noticed that the concrete slabs in the walkway leading up to his home were uneven. Unaware of the cause and potential issues this could cause, he decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a free quote.
Systems Design Specialist Jeremy R. evaluated the situation and determined that the concrete was sinking and unevenly settling, which can happen naturally. This can occur due to the weight of the concrete itself in addition to the weight of what the concrete is responsible for holding up. He also determined that the appropriate solution would be for foreman Juan H. to install PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a foam injection that is installed into the concrete in only 4 simple steps and is designed to lift the concrete back to its original position.
Bill can now rest assured knowing that his concrete is back to it original position, no longer putting his home or himself in danger.

She grew concerned because the cracks had only worsened over time and knew that action needed to be taken. Dee called Woods Basement Systems to set up an appointment with a system design specialist to get a professional's opinion on an optimal solution.
Team Woods looked over the damaged foundation and recommended push piers to stabilize the shifting structure. Push piers are installed in the footing of either inside or outside of a home to lock and lift any building's foundation back into its original position. Push piers are installed with minimal disturbance to the area impacted and are a permanent solution. Thanks to push piers, Dee's home is safe and secure!
This severely water damaged basement had experienced flooding due to hefty water leaks. Pattie from West Salem, Illinois wanted to work with Woods Basement Systems to waterproof her basement the right way the first time. Pattie helped design her customized basement plan with system design specialist, Luke B., to find an optimal solution so that she wouldn't worry about water damage again. For protection, Luke recommended installing WaterGuard drains and a TwinPack sump pump.
The WaterGuard drains will be installed in the footing of the basement floors to collect the water leaks and send them to the TwinPack sump pump. The TwinPack sump pump contains two pumps, one primary and one backup, to ensure all water collected by the drains are pumped out of the house. The drainage system and sump pump were installed with the leadership of head foreman, Kevin J., and his team. This waterproofing duo will give Pattie the peace of mind that she deserves without fear of water damage again.
