Eric from Centralia, Illinois noticed that the floor inside his home was sagging. Leaning particularly to one side. This is a common side effect of a home's foundation settling over time. Depending on the movement of the soil around the home it can settle unevenly causing the floors in the home to slope.   Eric called Woods to see if we could solve this issue by adding support to the crawlspace below the sagging floors. We installed multiple steel support pillars across the crawl space to raise the floors to their original height, leveling out the space. This creates a permanent solution that adds additional support to your home, not just replacing what was already there and failing.
