Here you can see two of the five total wall anchors that were installed to secure this bowing wall. The rods of the anchors are driven out past the house at least 11 feet, on that end an earth anchor plate is attached. The tension of the earth plate and the wall plate on the inside of the basement pulls the wall back into it's original position by using the soil surrounding the foundation.
