Foundation Repair - Gear Head Turns the Pier

The operator has torque gauges to watch that show the pressure needed to turn the helical pier and draw it down into the ground. The gauges read the proper amount of pressure needed as the pier goes deeper and deeper to turn the helical. That turning pressure is called torque.
