This project includes a comprehensive foundation wall stabilization and waterproofing setup designed to reinforce basement walls, prevent further structural issues, and enhance basement air quality. First, we install the brace system that utilizes strong, zinc-coated steel I-beams custom-fit to your basement walls. These are installed with bolt-in-place brackets securing the beam between your concrete floor and the floor joists above. Then we installed the CleanSpace™ Wall System, which forms a waterproof, airtight barrier that improves indoor air quality by sealing walls from moisture intrusion. It is designed to work only with an overall Basement Systems Waterproofing System for optimal results.

Brace

The PowerBrace™ Wall Repair System is the ideal way to stabilize failing foundation walls. The system can also stop any further damage and potentially straighten the wall.

Pump

In the event of a power outage, our UltraSump™ battery backup sump pump, when fully charged, will pump over 11,500 gallons at its highest setting.
