This job integrated advanced concrete leveling and foundation reinforcement, combining polymer injection and brace installation for lasting stability and cosmetic restoration. The PolyLEVEL™ was injected beneath the designated concrete slabs. The technicians drilled small, pea-sized holes in the slab, inserted injector ports, and pumped high-density polyurethane foam beneath the surface. Engineered brace supports, cut to an 8-foot length, were installed, with final locations confirmed by onsite field conditions. Each brace was anchored to the basement slab and floor joists above, and fitted with bridge bracket kits for extra strength and adjustment capability, ensuring structural safety and allowing gradual wall straightening.
