This project covered comprehensive basement stabilization and waterproofing, including wall support, drainage improvements, humidity control, safety protocols, and site restoration. The support braces, steel beams, each 8 feet long, were installed along the basement's foundations. Then, a Powerguard™ was installed as an added reinforcement to the sub-floor drainage system, ensuring proper function and structural integrity. A high-capacity sump pump system was set up, featuring primary and backup AC pumps, UltraSump™ battery backup.

Braces

Lever brackets and bridge brackets provided with the PowerBrace™ allowed precise adjustment and increased rigidity for optimal wall stabilization and future straightening. Paired with the WaterGuard™s and CleanSpace™ wall systems, your home's basement foundation will remain protected.
