For this job, our team worked on stabilizing this customer's exterior foundation walls by installing wall anchors along the foundation walls. We installed large 12"x28" wall plates that were mounted inside on the basement wall, connected by a steel all-thread rod to a 16"x26" anchor plate buried below grade, typically about 12 feet away from the wall as site conditions permit.
