Funeral home in Saint. Louis had a flooded basement and needed to be fixed, so they would not have peace of mind that it would no longer be a issue. Woods Basement Systems came out and installed the TripleSafe SumpPump System, IceGuard System and the WaterGuard drainage system. With all these systems installed the basement became dryer and cooler now that the water was gone.

Water had flooded a funeral home in St. Louis and was a problem as al the electrical curcit and wires were located under neither the floor. A TripleSafe SumpPump was installed to pump the flooded basement water out as well as any other water that was going to be coming in the basement. The TripleSafe was also connected to the WaterGuard drainage system to make it more efficient overall. TripleSafe SumpPump was put in early to get all water that was flooding the floor out as soon as possible.

In order to avoid damage and costly repairs in the future, waterproofing before finishing a basement is essential. This Maplewood, Missouri homeowner was interested in turning his unfinished basement into an in-law suite. But before he could do that, the constant leaks in the space needed to be dealt with. A Woods Basement Systems team installed several waterproofing measures, including WaterGuard, a gutter-like drainage system that is placed underneath the floor at the base of the walls to catch leaks before they can make it into the space.

Due to recent rain in the city we have determined there is a leak in our finished basement. The carpet is saturated and there is bloating to trim and some evident drywall damage. A musty smell is present. Given the basement is finished we cannot see any clear damages and report back. Our sump pump was recently changed.

I'm a customer and am awaiting waterproofing and finishing installations. I'm writing to communicate my frustration with Woods Basement Systems. I paid 30% on 1/4/19 and still do not have an installation date for finishing. The waterproofing install is this week along with another payment but my finishing install has progressed poorly with insufficient communication on its status. Everyone has been professional when communicating but the frequency has been too little. It is unsettling to commit to such a project and have so little communication. I anticipate this project will work out but it has been more stressful than expected. Please use this suggestion to communicate more frequently for future customers in similar predicaments. I understand things happen to cause delays; however, please ensure your customers know their project is still progressing. Respectfully - Sam Knapper

Need to have concrete driveway. patio, porch floor, and rear entry steps lifted and stabilized in preparation for a resurfacing project. I would consider them to be very minor repairs compared to examples I've seen online. Please contact me to set up a site-visit.
