Woods installed WaterGuard at the edge of the walls. The WaterGuard allows water to have an escape route for unwanted water. The water will flow into the piping that is installed under the floor and drain it out of the basement.
Woods also installed a TwinPack sump pump to provide additional water draining. The sump pump will pump the unwanted water out of the basement into the yard. This discharge line can sometimes become frozen or clogged, so Woods installed IceGuard. IceGuard provides an escape route so water does not back up into the basement in case of a clogged discharge line.
