In an effort to help with water leaks, Jeremy S. and Heather M. decided to contact Woods Basement Systems. Foreman, Ryan L. completed the installation of the WaterGuard System, which will help direct ground water to the sump pump. As well as assisting in directing water to the sump pump, WaterGuard comes equipped with a life of the structure, transferable warranty, and is complete with large drain holes and installation out of the mudzone to prevent clogging. CleanSpace was installed on the basement walls to provide protection to the home. CleanSpace sealed off the basement to keep water out but also guided the water that got in to the WaterGuard. 

A TripleSafe sump pump was installed to evacuate unwanted water. The sump pump will pump the water out through a discharge line that leads the water to the yard. This line can become clogged or frozen at times, in order to prevent the water from receding back into the basement, Woods installed IceGuard. IceGuard is installed on the discharge line next to the house and allows water to escape through it when it is necessary. 

Kyle L. of Dalton City, Illinois was troubled by his bowing foundation walls. As the block foundation began to bow under pressure, it cracked and compromised the integrity of the foundation. A Woods Basement Systems system design specialist designed a solution.

Geo-Lock Wall Anchors were installed. Geo-Lock is driven into undisturbed soil to provide permanent support for the foundation. The wall anchors also straighten the walls to their original position.

WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system, was installed. Waterguard collects and guides water to the TwinPack sump pump system. TwinPack is equipped with two pumps to ensure the basement stays dry. IceGuard was also installed. IceGuard provides an exit for water in the event that the discharge lines become frozen or clogged.

SaniDry is an energy efficient dehumidifier.

David L was concerned when he noticed that the concrete patio in his backyard was uneven. So, he decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Matthew S was able to come up with a solution to the problem.

Foreman William T used PolyLevel to even out the portion of concrete that was sinking. PolyLevel is injected into the concrete and will raise the portion that is sinking. The injection leaves behind a dime-sized hole that will be filled in with concrete. 

Kevin Q. from Mascoutah, IL was having problems with water entering his basement upon a heavy rainfall. Aware of the many potential problems this could cause his home over time, he decided to call Woods Basement Systems to receive a free quote in regards to fixing his wet basement.
