Sally M. of Beardstown, Illinois was troubled by water leaking into her basment where the floor meets the wall. The water seepage caused mold and created a musty odor. Foreman Thomas B. installed a solution to waterproof her basement. 

Thomas and his team installed WaterGuard. WaterGuard is a perimeter drainage system that guides water to the TripleSafe sump pump system. Design specialist assessed the problem and decided the best option was to install a CleanSpace encapsulation system, a SaniDry CX dehumidifier, and a EverLast access well and door. Foreman Josh B. then traveled to the home to get the job started.

The CleanSpace encapsulation system was placed on the floor and up the walls of the crawl space. It acts as a vapor barrier and drains any leaks that may occur behind it. The SaniDry CX is a powerful dehumidifier that fits perfectly in the crawl space. It removes any water vapor from the air of the crawl space. Finally, the EverLast access well and door work together to prevent water from entering the crawl space. The door provides an airtight seal to the crawl space, while the access well keeps water and debris away from the door.

Ron B. no longer has to worry about his home's crawl space flooding. He now has a dry and waterproof crawl space.

CleanSpace with drainage matting is another way to add water direction. We cover the surfaces to keep water vapor trapped inside and the drainage matting directs the collected water to the sump pump. 

Leading the WaterGuard and drainage matting to the TripleSafe is the surest way to a dry basement. With the primary, secondary, and third pump kicking on when each other needs help we can keep the water out for good. 

Paired with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the air dry and allergen free we can keep the crawl space air safe for breathing and comfortable for working.

For years, water would stream through the basement window frames of this Matthews, Missouri home during periods of rain. In order to support the floors, a Woods team began by installing several steel PowerBrace beams underneath the joists and parallel to the floor to provide a solid foundation for the final product, Smart Jacks. Several Smart Jacks, capable of supporting well over 60,000 pounds each, were affixed to the beams to keep the joists level. Jimmy couldn't be happier!
