CleanSpace was installed to the basement walls. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier that works with the waterproofing system. It gives the basement a clean look and prevents mold growth. To further prevent mold and make the basement more comfortable, SaniDry Sedona was installed. SaniDry Sedona is an energy-efficient dehumidifier.

The TripleSafe sump pump is equipped with a primary, secondary, and battery powered pump. The sump pump removes water from the basement through a discharge line. Finally, the Sanidry Sedona is a lightweight dehumidifier that not only removes water vapor, but also filters the air for mold spores, pollen, dust, and other allergens.

Foreman Jeremy R installed a Geo-Lock Wall Anchor in David’s basement. The Wall Anchor has two ends, one will attach to a stable level of soil away from the house, the other end will attach to the basement walls. The device can be tightened and overtime will straighten the walls.
