Fast and Effective Concrete Lifting and Leveling

The major flaw of concrete is that the ground that it was poured on top of will inevitably shift and sink over time. In the states of Illinois and Missouri sinking concrete is all too common which is why our company has gone to great lengths to develop fast and effective concrete lifting and leveling solutions. PolyLevel is a revolutionary product that is minimally invasive and not only lifts and levels concrete but also stabilizes it. The concrete lifting and leveling process begins with a few small holes drilled in the slab, then the PolyLevel polymer is poured into the holes. After only about 15 minutes the polymer is dry and the concrete is ready to be walked and even driven on. This concrete lifting and leveling technique is faster, less disruptive and arguably more effective than mud jacking which is the procedure PolyLevel replaces. To removed tripping hazards, stabilize concrete, and lift it back to a level height nothing is faster or more effective than PolyLevel. To schedule a FREE concrete lifting and leveling estimate contact us today!

We can Fix:
  • Sunken sidewalks
  • Sagging steps
  • Uneven patios
  • Sinking driveways

Geo-Lock, PoweBrace and Push Piers Support Strasburg, Illinois Foundation

Richard and Keri R., Strasburg, Illinois homeowners, discovered cracks in their basement walls and home foundation. Because the foundation was sinking, the floors in their home also began to sag putting their home at risk for collapsing.

System design specialist Gregory B. designed a solution to restore their home and prevent future foundation problems. The Geo-Lock Wall Anchors, Push Piers and PowerBrace system were all necessary to restore Richard and Keri's home.

Foreman Todd W. installed the Geo-Lock Wall Anchors to repair and support their bowing walls. Because one wall did not allow enough soil space to install Geo-Lock, the PowerBrace system was used. In addition to PowerBrace and Geo-Lock, Push Piers were installed to raise the sagging floor to its original position.

Richard and Keri can now enjoy their basement with no worries of their home collapsing.

We have a damp smell in our crawlspace - particularly after heavy rains. The crawl space is cinder block (about 4 feet in height). We live in a 1250 sq ft rectangular home (so, a simple crawl space layout). I was curious what the estimate would be for an encapsulation system that your company provides.
