Foreman James L. and his crew installed the crawl space system of CleanSpace with drainage matting, a SmartSump sump pump with IceGuard and Lawnscape Well. 

The core of this system is the CleanSpace with drainage matting is an inorganic, anti-microbial vapor barrier. It is designed to catch the water vapor from the dirt and that comes through the porous walls. The drainage matting then provides a path to redirect the collected vapor to the sump pump. It also will fight mold by cutting of the food source for the spores. 

the SmartSump sump pump is the perfect size for a crawl space. It pumps any collected water from the basement through a discharge line away from the home. By removing standing water, the basement air will become cleaner and the wood will be protected from water damage. 

The IceGuard on the discharge line gives a release if the line becomes clogged or freezes. The Lawnscape Outlet gives a stylish end to the discharge line, that will blend into the grass around it and lower risk of trip injury or landscaping problems.
