A sump pump wasn't doing its job in a basement in Chesterfield, Missouri. The homeowners wanted it replaced. A crawlspace in St. Louis was in desperate need of some foundation repairs. A couple main supporting beams were starting to fail, causing general concern for the homeowners. To fix this issue, Woods came in and installed the SmartJack System to stabilize the beams. These are custom-cut steel posts set in galvanized fill to evenly distribute the weight of the home. This system added support to the crawlspace, eliminating the homeowners' concerns for decades to come.

A sidewalk in Chesterfield, MO, was unleveled and had large cracks and gaps on it. This was causing tripping hazards for the homeowner, so they decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath, where the foam will expand and lift the concrete slab up to level it out. As the foam hardens, it becomes rock solid within hours. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the cracks and gaps. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather the homeowner may receive.
