Michael C would like his crawlspace sealed up and waterproofed. Foreman Deshawn A and his crew installed a Smart Sump system that will pump out water that gets in the space. A CleanSpace liner was also installed to not only seal the space from the earth but to give a clean finished look to the crawlspace. This will also stop water vapor from entering and will keep the space dry. Michael can now rest assured knowing that his crawlspace will stay dry!
Katherine M’s crawlspace is wet after rainwater got in, and she would like a sump pump installed to get the water out. She also wants her space sealed from the outside so that no water can get in the first place. Pat of Hardin, Illinois noticed in his basement that water would seep in after heavy rains. He wanted to make sure that he protected his basement by setting up a consultation with Woods Basement Systems to prevent further water damage. He met with system design specialist, Chris T., who recommended installing WaterGuard around the perimeter of his basement. This new system will help Pat and his family prevent further water damage and keep their home safe for years to come!
This photo album shows the concrete walkway before and after repairs were completed at this home. After a thorough inspection, the Woods Basement Systems team designed a customized repair plan. High-density foam was injected beneath the concrete slabs to lift and stabilize the affected areas. Once the walkway was properly leveled, cracks were repaired to restore a smooth, secure surface. A durable joint sealant was then applied to help prevent moisture intrusion and protect the concrete from future damage. The final image highlights the walkway returned to a level, safe condition for the homeowner.
A concrete Driveway was sinking in Golden Eagle, IL, causing the slabs to sink and become uneven. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was first installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. Additionally, NexusPro Joint Sealant was installed. This will seal the joints and cracks in the concrete. It will provide long-lasting flexibility and stand up to harsh weather conditions. These systems will improve the safety of the concrete and restore peace of mind for years to come!
