This photo album shows the concrete walkway before and after repairs were completed at this home. After a thorough inspection, the Woods Basement Systems team designed a customized repair plan. High-density foam was injected beneath the concrete slabs to lift and stabilize the affected areas. Once the walkway was properly leveled, cracks were repaired to restore a smooth, secure surface. A durable joint sealant was then applied to help prevent moisture intrusion and protect the concrete from future damage. The final image highlights the walkway returned to a level, safe condition for the homeowner.

A concrete Driveway was sinking in Golden Eagle, IL, causing the slabs to sink and become uneven. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was first installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. Additionally, NexusPro Joint Sealant was installed. This will seal the joints and cracks in the concrete. It will provide long-lasting flexibility and stand up to harsh weather conditions. A concrete back porch in Golden Eagle, Illinois had issues with leveling and displacement due to moving ground soils. To address this issue, Woods installed the PolyLevel System. Williamsville, MO resident Sam S. contacted Woods Basement Systems due to a basement flood that left part of the foundation's footing washed out. Specialist Cody M. evaulated the footing and determined that the best solution would be foundation piering. 

Foreman Jose L. and his crew installed push piers all along the failing portion of the footing and stabilized the foundation.
