Design specialist Cody M. assessed the situation and decided that installing a few wall anchors would fix the problem. Foreman Jeremy R. then traveled to the home to get the job started. The steel wall anchors, pictured above, extend from the inside walls of the home to the hard packed soil outside. They help stabilize the walls and prevent any further movement.

Lisa T. no longer has to worry about bowing and cracking walls in her home. She now has stable basement walls.

Mark M. of Ballwin, Missouri noticed that water was entering his home's basement after a heavy rain shower. He did not want to have to clean up a mess after every big storm, so he called Woods Basement Systems for assistance.

Design specialist Jacob K. assessed the situation and came up with the perfect solution. Foreman Juan H. then headed to the home to install a TripleSafe sump pump and a Waterguard drainage system. 

The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was placed above the footing of the basement. It accepts water from the ground before it reaches the basement surface. The Waterguard then drains the water to the sump pump.

Mark M. no longer has to worry about his home's basement collecting water. He now has a dry and waterproof basement. 

Brenda P. of Ballwin, MO contacted Woods Basement Systems for a free estimate on a sump pump due to excess water around the foundation of her home.

Specialist Nolan M. determined a TripleSafe sump pump with the IceGuard and an exterior discharge line would be the best solution.

Foreman Ryan L. and his crew installed the TripleSafe, equipped with a primary and secondary pump as well as a battery backup, in case of primary pump failure or power outage. They also installed an IceGuard providing an outlet for water should the discharge line ever clog or freeze. 

Brenda's home is now triple protected with a sump pump.

Foreman Jeremy R installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchor, shown above, in Patricia’s basement. The wall anchor has two ends, one will attach to stable soil away from the house, and the other will attach to the basement walls. The device can be tightened and overtime will straighten the walls.

Rich of Ballwin, Missouri, had a dirty, unsealed crawl space, so he decided to call Woods Basement Systems to fix the issue. Systems design specialist, Jacob K., found a solution and recommended installing a CleanSpace encapsulation system and a SmartSump pump. 

Foreman, James L. installed the products. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier used to fully seal off a crawl space from dirt, moisture, and critters. The SmartSump is specifically designed for crawl spaces and can help to prevent leaks and flood damage. 

Now Rich E. has peace of mind, knowing his crawl space is safe and healthy.
