The foundation walls of Tom L.’s Saint Charles, MO home had cracks. Water leaked in from both the cracks and the wall joints and threatened the finished parts of his basement as well as created a mess so Tom L. called Woods Basement Systems. Along with a wall support system, Woods recommended installing a basement waterproofing system.

As part of that waterproofing system, Woods installed the Twin Pack to remove water from the basement through its discharge lines. The Twin Pack contains two powerful cast-iron pumps that sit at different levels within the sump liner. This means that the Twin Pack can keep the basement dry in a range of weather conditions from light showers to heavy downpours.

Tricia E., St. Charles, Missouri homeowner, was distraught to discover that her foundation walls were bowing. Bowing walls are often caused by increased soil pressure against the foundation. System Design Specialist John S. designed a solution to restore her foundation.

Foreman John C. and his team installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors. The acnors are installed into undisturbed soil to ensure a long-lasting solution. Geo-Lock restores the walls to their original position and provides support for the foundation. Tricia is pleased to know her home is now safe. 

Homeowner, Carl W. was worried about the unleveled concrete in his driveway so he gave Woods Basement System a call. 

Our system design specialist, Matthew S. did an inspection on the home and created a design that would level the concrete. Foreman, William T. did a PolyLEVEL system installation. Rather than a concrete and mud mixture, high-density foam is injected to level the concrete. This system also has quicker cure time than other repair options. 

In the picture above, you can see that PolyLEVEL is the best solution.

TripleSafe is equipped with a main pump, backup pump, and battery-powered pump to ensure the basement stays dry all the time. As you can see, the TripleSafe was installed in an inconspicuous area, so Tricia and her family can still enjoy their basement as a living area. 

Kelli of Saint Charles, Missouri has previously worked with Woods Basement Systems to restore her damaged walls in her basement. After the completion of this project, she also wanted to waterproof the space. She worked with system design specialist, Pete L. to see what was the best solution for her home.
