A leaky basement wall was causing issues for a customer in Saint Charles, Missouri. A WaterGuard System was installed to resolve this issue. The WaterGuard System is piping that redirects water seeping in from the wall perimeter to a sump pump close by. The sump pump then takes the water out and away from the basement. Thanks to Woods and the WaterGuard System install, this basement will remain water seepage-free for decades to come.

A concrete porch in front of a house was sinking in Weldon Spring, MO, causing the slabs to become uneven. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This foam-like material was injected into the concrete slabs and will expand and harden, lifting the slabs back up to their original position and keeping them in place. This will improve the safety of the porch and restore peace of mind for years to come!

Water was coming down basement walls in Weldon Spring, MO, causing concern for the homeowners. To solve this issue, the Waterguard System was installed. This perimeter drainage system is installed adjacent to the home and provides a channel that connects to the sump pump.  Its design will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes.
