Fenton, Missouri resident MaryJane A. was concerned about her bowing foundation walls. The walls began to bow in due to high water pressure in the soil.

System design specialist Adam R. designed a solution to ease MaryJane's concerns about her foundation. Geo-Lock Wall Anchors were installed by foreman Todd W. Geo-Lock is a permanent solution to stabilize the walls and support the foundation.

Rachel and Tim W. of Fenton, MO had a basement that was leaking every time it rained. Their old sump pump had stopped working so they called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended a full perimeter waterproofing system.

As part of that waterproofing system, Woods replaced the old, nonfunctioning sump pump with the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe contains two powerful, cast-iron pumps and a battery back up pump to ensure the basement stays dry in the harshest conditions or power outages.

As part of that waterproofing system, Woods installed WaterGuard. As shown in the pictures, it is installed underneath the concrete floors, along the perimeter of the basement. It’s a drainage system that won’t become clogged by mud as it collects water from the foundation walls and floors of the basement and carries it away to the sump pump for removal.

Haley M. had water leaking into her beautiful finished basement each time there was a heavy downpour. It was damaging her finished walls and floors and creating messes that required hours of clean up so she called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended installing a waterproofing system.

WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the basement. As seen in the picture, it’s installed under the concrete floor of the basement and has a special wall flange and channel holes to collect water from foundation wall and floors and drain it to the sump pump for removal. WaterGuard sits on top of the concrete footing of the home so won’t become clogged with mud or silt like traditional french drain systems.

There were cracks in the foundation of Robin E.’s Fenton, MO home. The cracks leaked during rainy weather and she noticed that the leaks were getting worse with time so she called Woods Basement Systems. Woods found the best solution would be a waterproofing system.

Woods installed the TripleSafe as part of the waterproofing system. The TripleSafe contains a primary, a secondary and a battery back up pump. The primary pump can handle regular volumes of water and when severe weather brings larger volumes, the secondary pump will automatically kick into action to help the primary pump remove the water safely out and away from the basement through its discharge lines. The battery back up pump immediately turns on when there is a power outage and can remove ups to 11,000 gallons of water on a fully charged battery.
